WE COACH
1:1 COACHING
We offer 1:1 executive coaching, working directly with you or your team to determine your goals, your barriers, and help your developmental 'work'. All our coaches have completed ICF accredited programs, and bring a deep understanding of adult development. Get in touch for more details.
RETREAT
Each year we host a series of retreats for groups and individuals wanting time away from the workplace to refresh, renew, and invest in themselves. Held in an idyllic location 'The Retreat' provides an opportunity to balance the inside and outside 'work of work', fine tune career and organisational decisions, and connect with others in a nourishing and sustaining place.
