Utilising expertise in systems, innovation, and organisational change we help them take a new look at ‘impossible problems', and reimagine better futures. We are experts in leadership, strategy, and innovation, drawn across the social and business sciences. We have experience across the public sector, NGOs, and large corporates, with an academic grounding from the University of Oxford and other elite universities. We share a passion for supporting individuals, organisations, and institutions who want to 'do better' in-and for-the world.

Vicki is an interdisciplinary social scientist, with a background spanning psychology, complex social systems, leadership development, innovation and organisational change. She holds advanced degrees from the University of Oxford and King's College London, and has extensive consulting, research, and facilitation experience globally. She
