Coaching
We offer 1:1 and 1:few coaching. Working directly with you or your team across a minimum of 3 sessions we determine your goals, your barriers, and your developmental 'work'.
The Retreat
Each year we host a series of retreats for groups and individuals wanting time away from the workplace to refresh, renew, and invest in themselves. Held in an idyllic location 'The Retreat' provides an opportunity to balance the inside and outside 'work of work', fine tune career and organisational decisions, and connect with others in a nourishing and sustaining place.
